If you’re looking to hit the road soon and would like to renew your membership before you leave, you may renew your membership up to 12 months prior to its expiry date.

If you have lost your membership card, we encourage you to download the G’day Parks App where you can access your digital membership card with your membership number wherever you are.

The G’day Parks App can be downloaded from either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your device.

Alternatively, you may retain your welcome email from when you joined or renewed as this will contain your membership number.

When you join or renew, you will receive an email with your Membership number. Please take a copy of your confirmation email with you to show on arrival at the park.

Just make a request for your choice of Member Benefit (i.e. Bag of Ice, Early Check-In or Late Check-Out) when you book online or over the phone. It is recommended that you contact the park prior to arriving to re-confirm request of the chosen in-park Member Benefit, particularly for Early Check-In requests. Free Equipment Hire can be arranged at reception when you arrive at the park. 

*Please note: Some Member Benefits are not available at all parks. If this is the case when you visit a park, we will do our best to accommodate you with an alternative benefit. 

If you have purchased your G’day Rewards Membership at one of our parks or as part of an online booking, you will need to register for a password to access our Online Member Portal.

Alternatively, if you joined us at www.gdayrewards.com.au, you can simply log in using the password you created during the join process.

G'day Parks App

The G’day Parks App can be downloaded from either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your device.

With the G'day Parks app in your hand, you can plan your next getaway no matter where you are. Explore more than 300 holiday parks across Australia, save with great holiday deals, and book your next stay from the convenience of your smartphone. G'day Parks members can use the app to access their membership information, update contact details, and use their exclusive fuel discount.

G'day Rewards members gain the most value out of the G'day Parks app, as they can access additional benefits (like fuel discounts), view their digital membership card, update their details, and coveniently renew their membership within the app.

Non-members are still able to use the G'day Parks app to make bookings and join G'day Rewards.

Yes, they can! Once the member is logged in (see process above), they can navigate to MY PROFILE from the main menu. Simply click on MANAGE ACCOUNT and edit any personal details. G’day Rewards members should then click on SAVE CHANGES to save the changes made.

When the G’day Parks app is opened on a device, it will take the user to the HOME SCREEN, where the Member can log-in. To log-in, simply click on LOGIN in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, or from the top of the MENU if the MENU is open. The LOGIN screen will display where the G’day Rewards Member can enter their email address and password. After this process is successfully completed, the G'day Rewards Member will be logged in and shown the HOME SCREEN with the Menu open. Click here to learn more.

Yes, the G’day Parks app has a digitalmembership card which can be used as evidence of being an active G’day Rewards member. A G’day Rewards member can simply open the main menu and select MY PROFILE to view their membership card and provide their membership number at park reception or to redeem benefits with eligible G’day Rewards partners.

Simply open the G'day Parks app, log in, open the main menu, and navigate to MY PROFILE. From there, you will see your digital membership card displayed at the top of the page.

To log in to the G'day Parks app, members should ensure they use the same email address that they used to sign up for their G'day Rewards membership.

If you're a G'day Rewards member who has previously set up a password and can't remember the password, you can reset it by selecting 'Forgot your password?' on the log in screen. 

If you're a G'day Rewards member who has never set up a password, you can do so by selecting 'Register for a password' on the log in screen.

There may be a few parks that are unable to be located within the G'day Parks app. Instead, they can be found on the G'day Parks website.

Yes, if you have a joint membership account (i.e. with a family member or partner), you can log in from two difference devices at once. However, the fuel barcode is only available for one use per day per membership, which must be shared between devices.

If the user has received a new credit card from their bank, the app will prompt the user to update their credit card details when they next make a booking or renew their membership via the app. No action is required until then.

The app is available within the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The app will only function on operating systems from Nougat and iOS11 and above. 

The G'day Parks app can be updated from either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your device.

When the user denies the Geolocation agreement and then seeks directions to a Park, the app will refer them to Google Maps to complete their navigation request. 

Yes, to prevent the user from entering their credit card details every time they make a booking, the app has a function to SAVE a credit card so that bookings can be made quickly and easily via the app.
 

Next time the user is making a booking or renewing their membership via the app, the app will prompt them to update their credit card details. The user doesn't need to do anything until then.
 

The G'day Rewards Support Team will respond in a minimum of 48 business hours.

The G’day Rewards Support Team are available Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm (Adelaide time).

Vouchers

G'day Parks gift vouchers are valid for 36 months and are available in $20 and $50 denominations. G'day Parks gift vouchers can be used to pay for any site or accommodation costs at any of G'day Parks around Australia. Click here to order now. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your voucher, which are sent by registered mail with Australia Post.

No, you may only use the gift voucher for the group of parks that it is valid for. G'day Parks vouchers are only valid for G'day Parks, and Discovery Parks vouchers are only valid at Discovery Parks.

Yes, if you have a Top Parks branded gift voucher which is still within validity dates this can be used at any G'day Parks around Australia.

Fuel Offer

To redeem a fuel discount, the user must be a G'day Rewards member, have a device with an internet connection, and have downloaded the G'day Parks app. They can open the app once inside a Shell Reddy Express or participating Shell branded site and present their barcode at the payment counter.

To access the fuel offer, the user must be a G'day Rewards member and download the G'day Parks app. Once they have completed these steps and logged into the app, they will be able to view their discount barcode by selecting the FUEL tab at the bottom of the screen, then tapping the VIEW FUEL DISCOUNT BARCODE button.

G'day Rewards members are advised to test their barcode before arriving at the fuel station or once inside a Shell Reddy Express or participating Shell branded site, and not on the forecourt or while pumping fuel. The user will need access to Wi-Fi or a stable internet connection to view and test their barcode in the G'day Parks app.

Support with using barcodes can be provided at Shell Reddy Express or participating Shell branded sites. If G'day Parks members are still having difficulties using their barcode, please email membership@gdayrewards.com.au.

Each barcode is valid for a single use per day. A new barcode will be available from 9am on the day following your last redemption. To generate a new barcode, to redeem their ongoing discount, the user simply needs to log back in to the G'day Parks app, select the FUEL tab at the bottom of the screen, and then tap the VIEW FUEL DISCOUNT BARCODE button.

This offer is only accepted and redeemable at Shell Reddy Express and participating Shell branded sites in Australia. To find their nearest store, the user can go to the FUEL page within the G'day Parks app or visit this store locator: https://www.shell.com.au/motorists/fuel-finder.html.

If the fuel discount barcode is not loading, the G'day Rewards member can email membership@gdayrewards.com.au.

This offer does not apply to LPG or AdBlue products in any state or territory. However, product exclusions may vary from time to time at Viva Energy's (Shell licensee) discretion with prior notice. For example, from time to time diesel may be excluded from this offer. Prior notice to changes to the offer as represented on the app will be provided through a notice to you via our app and through an email to your registered email address. Please check the app or your email before your planned trip to a Shell Reddy Express or participating Shell branded site.

Fuel discount offer rates are subject to change at Viva Energy's (Shell licensee) discretion with prior notice from time to time. The applicable fuel discount offer rate will be set out in the G'day Parks app and any changes will be provided through an email to your registered email address. 

Fuel discount offers are limited to 150L maximum fill per transaction.

The 6c per litre discount is an introductory, one-time-only offer. The ongoing daily discount is 4c per litre.

Yes, they can! If the user is redeeming at a Shell Reddy Express, this offer is valid with other stackable offers from Shell Reddy Express including Coles Supermarket shopper dockets and ""spend $20 in store to receive 10 cents per litre fuel discount""—subject to terms and conditions, please refer to www.reddyexpress.com.au/fuels.

EXCEPTIONS: This offer excludes any other offers offered to you in whole or part by Viva Energy (Shell licensee). If you present any other Viva Energy funded fuel discount offer for redemption from any other party, such as Flybuys or Shell Racing Team app (in addition to the fuel discoutn offer from G'day Parks), only the highest cents per litre fuel discount barcode will be redeemable. If all the Viva Energy funded fuel discount offers have the same cents per litre discount value, then only the first fuel discount offer presented will be redeemed.
